Assistant Branch Manager
Goldenwest Credit Union is a premier non-profit financial cooperative providing exceptional member service to our members in Utah and Idaho. The Assistant Branch Manager will assist members with consumer loans, manage day-to-day branch operations, and support the Branch Manager in achieving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships
Trains, motivates, and coaches branch staff on credit union policy, procedure and philosophy
Partner with Branch Manager to develop methods to track and measure branch goals and productivity
Partner with employees to create career path opportunities
Ensure policy and procedure are being followed and company standards are being met
Provide consistent member follow-up
Comply with all regulations as required by law
Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
1 – 2 years management experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Financial experience preferred
