Responsibilities
Day to day trading and compliance support
Conduct process and gap analysis and come up with creative ways to reduce inefficiencies
Manage global projects with internal & external stakeholders
Work with development teams to coordinate build and implement the product
Coordination & support of UAT executed by business users, IT & QA
Produce implementation approach, timelines, go-live strategy
Post go-live support including identify, tracking and resolving risks and issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 5 years of experience in Financial Industry
Ability to train users on end products
Ability to work independently as well as a great team player
Hands-on experience in SQL (DML/DDL) and RDBMS (Oracle Preferred)
In-depth knowledge in Derivatives
Should know basic Linux commands
Should be able to read and understand basic shell scripts
Preferred
Experience working with Rule Engines in financial domain
Experience in programming languages such as c#, java, python
Experience in programming Excel
Experience in scheduling tools like Autosys
Experience in production support related to Financial industry
Experience in Agile/Scrum/JIRA
