Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within their Corpay Lodging division. In this role, you will maintain, nurture, and grow existing client relationships while delivering best-in-class customer experience through strategic account management.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining lasting client relationships, including extensive knowledge of accounts and client production trends

Managing client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure account success

Driving account retention and growth through strong performance and relationships

Monitoring and managing accounts according to key metrics

Communicating directly with clients via in-person, phone, and electronic channels

Conducting regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, year-end) using internal reporting tools

Exhibiting knowledge of hotel industry and markets associated with client industry

Attending scheduled trainings, meetings, and events as assigned

Traveling as necessary to meet client needs

Performing other duties as assigned
