Required
Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
Supervisory/management experience a must!
Team building and effective management skills a must!
Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Preferred
Yardi experience preferred
