US Event Coordinator, Senior Associate - Strategic Event Solutions

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional experience adhering to EY policies and SES key goals and objectives
Partner with meeting sponsor and/or requester to understand the requirements of their events
Follow EY guidelines starting from the event pre-approval process, recommend the best approach based on the assigned SES Service Level, and collaborate with SMTs/EY teams on the event logistics throughout the lifecycle of the event
Consistently and seamlessly deliver meetings and events that add to the success of the meeting’s objectives, maximize value for the firm and optimize the meeting’s budget
Position is primarily remote, but may require on-site support at events to manage all logistical aspects of the meeting on-site which may require extended hours of work and ability to move quickly to multiple function locations
Overtime may be required based on volume of work or scheduling
Informs and makes recommendations to leadership regarding competing priorities and resource management issues
Utilize Event Coordinator tools to enhance the overall stakeholder and event experience
Responsible for maintaining data in a timely and accurate manner
Complete all EY required LEAD and Success Factor functions
May be required to manage SES special business projects

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Knowledge of events, including event software and web registration
Strong customer service focus and adherence to EY policies
Excellent communication and strong teaming skills
Ongoing attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities
Expertise in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Excel, Word, etc)
