Responsibilities

Electrical engineer with a strong background in PLC’s, Frequency Drives, Robots, Machine Vision and networking in a high-speed production environment

Controls engineer will be involved in activities to ensure that manufacturing, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and requirements to improve safety, quality and efficiency

PC and networking support on the shop floor

The day-to-day support and optimization of manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting, programming and hardware design

Provide technical expertise and support with manufacturing technicians

Work with quality and process engineers to improve quality and efficiency

Ability to think “outside the box”

Familiar with start-ups

Desire to do “whatever it takes”

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC's, Frequency Drives and Robots in a production environment

At least 2 years of experience in high speed manufacturing facility (Automotive Preferred)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology

4 years of Industrial Automation experience

Electrical engineer with a strong background in PLC's, Frequency Drives, Robots, Machine Vision and networking in a high-speed production environment

PC and networking knowledge
