Responsibilities
Concept, script, produce, and edit short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Source and cut clips from long-form content such as VODs, voice comms, vlogs, or Let's Plays
Ensure content aligns with FlyQuest’s tone, values, and the League of Legends community culture
Stay up-to-date on current memes, internet trends, and community discussions
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives
Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fun, original ideas that highlight our players and fanbase
Organize, tag, and manage raw and edited assets for internal use
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere. Bonus of knowledge working with After Effects and Photoshop experience
Strong familiarity with gameplay, content, and community culture across various titles
Trend awareness. Especially meme formats and creator styles
Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills and willingness to participate in voice comms and team content
Passion for FlyQuest's mission and gaming culture
