Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth for Managed Payroll solutions
Own and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) programs, aligning closely with sales to target high-value accounts and accelerate deal velocity
Collaborate with product marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and persona insights across the buyer journey
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across digital channels including webinars, email, paid media, content syndication, and social media
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-impact marketing assets and programs
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree a plus
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital demand generation, content development and ABM
Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Experience in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.)
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results
