Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
Strong understanding of Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
Expertise in Performance Management and enhancing organizational effectiveness
In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and compliance standards
Excellent communication and advisory skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
Experience in workforce planning or consulting is a bonus
Advanced certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
