Responsibilities
Recruiting and scheduling participants
Conducting clinical and neuropsychological assessments
Analyzing data to assure data integrity, quality control and protocol compliance
Training and supervising research staff and student volunteers
Using statistical software to analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively, and assist in the preparation of conference presentations, manuscripts, and grant proposals
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been attained
Must have demonstrated knowledge of psychological, socio-behavioral and/or neurobehavioral research principles, practices and protocols as well as knowledge of the principles, methods, and procedures of basic medical and/or clinical research
Must have the ability to understand and follow basic scientific research protocols and procedures
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality as well as the ability to learn department-specific computer systems as needed
Must have a high degree of professionalism, strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability in managing a wide variety of tasks simultaneously while meeting multiple deadlines is required
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
Preferred
Experience with clinical assessments and statistical methods/software is preferred
