AML Staff Auditor - Corporate (Las Vegas)

Caesars Entertainment is the largest casino-entertainment company in the U.S. and is seeking an AML Staff Auditor to perform compliance and operational audits at various properties. The role involves assessing AML programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with property management.

Responsibilities

Assist in performing AML compliance audits of business operations at various Caesars properties
Assist in examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of AML programs and policies
Assess compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify and document AML processes and controls in accordance with established department standards
Contribute to a strong relationship with property mid-management and staff
Assist in presenting verbal and written results of audit activities various levels of management and staff

Required

Must be 21 years of age or older
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be eligible for occupational (gaming) licensing in various gaming jurisdictions, primarily in Nevada, Arizona, California and Colorado with the ability to travel to those locations
Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles/standards, and familiarity with various computer systems and applications, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Knowledge of BSA; Title 31
Must have good organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize competing tasks, anticipate resource needs, and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a changing environment
Must conduct themselves in a positive, credible, ethical manner at all times
Able to work in a team environment

Preferred

Bachelors Degree in Accounting
