Responsibilities

Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluations, and contractor selection

Support identification and sourcing of long-lead equipment, coordinating FEED contractor support until assignment to construction contractors

Coordinate development of EMCAPS (Capital Project Management System) Gate 3 deliverables

Coordinate development of Functional Interaction Plans

Manage and coordinate project issue resolution processes

Coordinate change requests and endorse change authorizations

Ensure assigned work scope is completed in alignment with overall Project Objectives

Engage project teams and functional resources to verify that design and construction activities comply with project specifications and standards

Serve as a key interface between the Project Team and Contractors

Ensure smooth transitions between project stages

Support and lead the Project Management Team (PMT)
