Responsibilities
HR Support: Partner with corporate functions to drive day-to-day HR operations and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Employee Guidance: Provide expert advice to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and systems, fostering a positive and productive workplace
HRIS Expertise: Utilize SuccessFactors to manage recruiting, offers, terminations, and performance management, serving as a resource for employees and supervisors
Onboarding Leadership: Lead the onboarding process for new corporate employees, conducting orientations and promoting our positive employment brand from Day 1
Business Partnership: Partner with corporate leaders to understand business needs and translate them into recommendations that enable performance, growth and organizational health
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR data and prepare insightful reports for HRBP team members and managers, helping to drive informed decision-making
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development issues
Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries via MyHR and manage compliance with FMLA/ADA and other leave programs as needed
HR Operations Enhancement: Support the maintenance of employee records in SuccessFactors, using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Continuous Improvement: Recommend tools, systems, and process enhancements that elevate HR operations and improve the employee and manager experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
5-7 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or business partner within a corporate environment
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and the ability to navigate workforce analytics with ease
Comfortable advising leaders while also rolling up your sleeves when needed
