Integration Planning: Developing detailed roadmaps for combining functions like IT, finance, HR, sales, and marketing
Due Diligence Support: Providing analysis on potential targets to evaluate strategic fit and risks
Change Management: Addressing cultural differences, managing employee communication, and reducing uncertainty
Operational Alignment: Merging processes, systems, and workflows to create a unified entity
Stakeholder Communication: Crafting and executing communication plans for employees, customers, and suppliers
Project Management: Overseeing integration tasks, tracking progress, and managing cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Experience and skills that can handle ALL needed Technology Merger activities associated with a business function
Experience in Development: Safety, Regulatory, Medical affairs, BioStat, Data Management, Quality, etc
Ability to build a plan and execute on it
Experience managing the complex process after a company is bought or merges
Focus on smoothly integrating operations, systems, cultures, and people to realize the deal's value
Experience handling everything from planning and due diligence support to post-deal execution, communication, and change management
Ability to ensure business continuity and synergy realization
Experience in Integration Planning: Developing detailed roadmaps for combining functions like IT, finance, HR, sales, and marketing
