INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

They are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative who will effectively address and resolve consumer questions, document interactions, and manage multiple consumer interactions efficiently.

Required

Experience in customer service and/or data entry
Ability to effectively address and resolve consumer questions or concerns
Ability to clearly document and update consumer records based on interactions
Ability to accurately and efficiently manage multiple consumer interactions
Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
Adequate space to set up the workstation
Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
Three power connections – either three outlets or a power strip
Maintain the workspace in a safe condition
No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
Continuous phone availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible

Preferred

High school diploma required; college education preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Social media experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Experience working on a computer
Experience working in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Teams
Experience working in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
Experience supporting brand/consumer products and/or services
Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
