Responsibilities

Develop strategic planning briefs, lead campaign management, and execute go-to-market strategies and tactics. Collaborate with the commercialization team and channel managers to launch multichannel campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions

Partner with commercialization managers and cross-functional teams to manage campaign execution, utilizing project management tools (Monday) to develop timelines, oversee budgets, and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule

Author creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative Services team to develop marketing and communication assets that align with campaign objectives

Provide regular reports on marketing performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously improve awareness, lead generation, and conversion outcomes

Support event and conference planning, including the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials

Assist with special brand marketing programs and promotions as assigned

Required

Minimum of 5 years of non-internship experience in marketing campaign management within a corporate or agency environment

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field

Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, while effectively managing multiple projects

Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive results

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics and project management tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with the ability to independently lead campaigns from briefing to execution

Preferred

Knowledge of biotechnology or life sciences is a plus
