Responsibilities
Provide financial planning & analysis (fp&a) expertise and recommendations to all levels of management through the analysis of operations, corporate projects, and proposals, including forecasting, analysis of revenue, operating expenses, and capital investments using information obtained from a variety of cross-functional groups and computer systems, as well as financial modeling, to assist management in the achievement of both short-term and long-term people, service, and profitability goals
Leads, manages and analyzes complex financial, strategic projects or initiatives; identifies new opportunities with the application of finance and revenue management concepts to customer segments and products/services to improve revenue and profitability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in Business, Finance or related discipline
Five (5) years' experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis
Knowledge of advanced personal computer applications
Strong analytical, human relations and communication skills
Strong software, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills necessary to present and explain complex and/or confidential information
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills required as well as maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations to leadership
Preferred
Business-related master's degree preferred
