Sterling Engineering is seeking a Service Technician to support continued expansion and a great client of ours in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for servicing and supporting air compressors and related compressed air systems while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support and repair of customer equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on air compressors and related products
Inspect and service air compressors, dryers, and compressed air accessories
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system failures
Explain system capabilities, operations, features, and benefits to customers
Recommend corrective actions to meet and exceed customer expectations
Complete all required paperwork, including work orders, service orders, and customer documentation
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company policies
Work safely to prevent injuries, property damage, and maintain clean job sites
Perform other related duties as assigned

Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
