Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving customer excellence for the projects awarded by Electrical Distributors to our Agency
In this role, you will review and manage Lighting projects from award through product shipment
You will be responsible for assisting the Electrical Distributor and Contractor to deliver the products as approved and on time to the project owner
You will work closely with the inside quotations group, customer service group and factories as needed to address any product needs and/or customer concerns

The ability to work alone or as part of a team
Reviews project documentation including Construction Documents, Specifications and Factory Shop Drawings
Confirm Shop drawing information for accuracy for run length and emergency wiring information
Manages project submittals and correspondence
Respond to comments which may include updating or confirming selections/options on the quote and/or order
Responsible for reviewing/comparing part numbers on Orders and Submittals for accuracy and compliance with approval comments
Provides exceptional customer service, responding to all customer issues or problems in a timely and effective manner
Communicates with Inside Sales teams (Quotes and Customer Service) and Outside Sales team (Distributor Sales and Specification Sales) as needed to ensure project concerns and shipment needs are addressed as needed
Performs other duties as required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in the Electrical Distribution industry
Experience with Office applications such as Excel, One Note, and PDF Editors (Adobe, Blue Beam, FoxIT etc)
Possess Organizational Skills
Experience in Customer Service related to Lighting Sales
Preferred
Experience in Lighting Quotes and/or Project Management a plus
