Partner Sales Manager

The Partner Sales Manager will identify and recruit partners in the GCC region, build relationships, and manage the partner sales pipeline to drive customer adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities
Eco-system build – Identify and recruit regional/ boutique SIs, resellers and other relevant channel partners, with a focus on driving sourced and influenced revenue
Partner activation – Onboard partners at scale, leading the enablement motion to ensure rapid time to activation
Pipeline and revenue management – Working closely with the local Clarity sales teams, you will be responsible for building and managing partner sales pipeline and delivering against quarterly revenue targets
Internal relationship building – Building deep, trust-based relationships, with the relevant Clarity sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the partner motion in-region
Process Management – Building processes to ensure accountability, reliable forecasting and reporting on success metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of partner-facing, quota carrying experience in channel sales, business development or strategic alliances at a relevant SaaS organisation
Proven experience in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-lasting partnerships. Track record of consistent quota attainment
Deep expertise in MEDDIC required; others like SPIN, Challenger, or value-based selling a plus; ability to uncover business pain and quantify financial impact
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios and be able to explain them to others both verbally and in writing
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic growth culture environment
Fluency in Arabic and English, willing to travel in region and beyond, 20% of the time. Preferred base, UAE or KSA
