Sales Manager
General Carbide Corporation is seeking a motivated mid-level Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence while managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This role involves managing key customer accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and leading sales activities to achieve revenue goals.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Lead and support sales team members to achieve individual and departmental goals
Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support customer requirements
Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity
Participate in pricing strategy, quoting, and contract negotiations
Ensure consistent use of CRM tools and accurate sales reporting
Represent General Carbide at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
10-15+ years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising sales personnel
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to understand technical products and industrial applications
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
