Sr HRIS Professional

Responsibilities
Engage with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for HR systems and solutions
Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and benefits administration
Test new requirements before going live
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system changes to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and working with technical teams for resolution
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Monitor system performance and generate reports/analytics to support HR decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, HRIS administration, business analysis, or a related area within HR operations
Proficiency with major HRIS platforms (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, ServiceNow)
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Experience working on cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; adept at translating technical jargon into user-friendly language
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with HR professionals, IT staff, and external vendors; customer service orientation
Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment; proactive in learning new technologies and adapting to new processes
Understanding of employment laws, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices related to HR technology
Preferred
A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, HRIP) is an asset
Ability to align HR technology solutions with broader organizational goals and strategies
Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, particularly related to HR systems transitions
Capability to see the big picture and anticipate future HR technology needs
