Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of secure, resilient cloud architectures that meet stringent federal requirements
Compliance Leadership: Manage and oversee the end-to-end FedRAMP and DoD compliance frameworks to ensure all solutions remain audit-ready
ATO Management: Drive the Authority to Operate (ATO) process, coordinating with internal teams and federal stakeholders to navigate security assessments
Security Engineering: Implement advanced security controls and monitoring tools across Salesforce and AWS environments
Mentorship: Provide security guidance and best practices to development and consulting teams throughout the project lifecycle
Certification Maintenance: Maintain and apply expert knowledge of Salesforce security certifications and cloud security protocols

Required

US Citizen with an Active, Secret Clearance (Mandatory)
5-7+ years of experience designing secure architectures and managing FedRAMP/DoD compliance cycles, with hands-on experience with cloud security tools and automated compliance platforms
Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Agentforce
Deep familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the federal ATO process
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing large, complex projects
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Salesforce Security Specialist or Architect certifications
CISSP
CCSP
equivalent
