Responsibilities
Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple restaurant entities
Prepare and maintain monthly and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
Handle intercompany accounting and balancing
Process payroll data and submit to our external payroll service
Manage sales tax prepayments and sales tax returns
Coordinate and prepare 401(k) annual filings
Perform basic administrative and financial support tasks as needed
Ensure accurate records, reconciliations, and compliance with deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper (restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting
Experience with payroll coordination and sales tax reporting
Comfortable preparing financial statements and reconciliations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
Preferred
Restaurant or multi-entity accounting experience is a plus
