Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans on an as needed basis
Manage and assist with setup and hiring for new ABA clinic
Oversee and manage BCBAs and RBTs
Assist with growth of the ABA clinic
Job will require a billable caseload with opportunity to lessen as clinic grows
Qualification
Required
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst LBA certification required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
