Maintain, inspect, and repair robotic automation systems at customer sites
Systematically diagnose issues and apply effective resolutions
Ensure high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
Provide detailed reports, including root cause analysis (RCA)
Lead RCA activities and mentor junior technicians as needed
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
2+ years of field service experience with robotics
Experience with multi-axis (5 or 6) based Robots
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to travel up to 80% (primarily local with occasional overnight stays)
Flexible schedule to support production needs
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel (mileage reimbursement provided)
