Responsibilities
The primary focus of the job will be consulting with Their business units for HDGT turnaround/outage/project planning, execution, and optimization to help Them win in any price environment

Qualification
Required
Key member of the Gas Turbine Maintenance Team
Accountable for optimizing all aspects of gas turbine maintenance
Acts as an internal subject matter expert /consultant for all mechanical aspects of gas turbine maintenance and operations
Includes turnaround/outage optimization, planning and execution, inventory management, procurement strategy and vendor management, upgrade projects, risk management, and troubleshooting
Blend of office and field work
Requires extensive travel domestic and international plus 12 hours plus shifts for up to and occasionally more than 30-45 days during outage execution
Travel will vary depending on outage loading but ranges ~40-60%
Compensation time off and additional pay/international uplift are applied per applicable company policies for extended work hours on projects more than nominal OT for a salary position
Consulting with Their business units for HDGT turnaround/outage/project planning, execution, and optimization
