Responsibilities

Onboarding & Fund Setup: Manage end-to-end onboarding from documentation review through account activation, including fund setups and validation activities

Operations & Controls: Create and validate CUSIPs, audit setup data, and ensure strong operational controls and compliance throughout the process

Workflow & Inbox Management: Support a shared inbox environment, managing daily workflows tied to fund launches and onboarding requests

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, custodians, and asset managers to meet aggressive launch timelines and resolve issues proactively

Communication & Stakeholder Support: Handle external email communications with clarity and professionalism while supporting internal coordination and escalation needs
