Assist in overseeing daily branch operations
Manage staff performance
Ensure exceptional member service
Lead and motivate team members
Oversee account openings, loan processing, and other financial transactions
Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
Drive initiatives to achieve branch goals and foster member satisfaction
Support the Branch Manager in implementing strategic plans for operational efficiency and team development

Qualification

Required

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain member relationships
Experience in financial services, including account operations, loan processing, and transaction oversight
Organizational and problem-solving skills for managing branch operations and resolving member inquiries effectively
Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance policies, and financial products
Proficiency in financial software and technology tools relevant to branch operations
Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to the dynamic needs of the branch

Preferred

Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
