Responsibilities
Lead electrical and electronic component design for advanced robotic and automation systems
Design and develop digital/analog circuits for high-reliability industrial applications
Create cable harness designs and assembly instructions for mission-critical systems
Work hands-on to assemble, integrate, and test robotic hardware systems
Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and test engineering teams on integrated product development
Support prototyping through to manufacturing processes
Conduct validation testing and troubleshoot design issues
Define requirements alongside Product and R&D teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of electrical engineering experience, ideally in robotics or mechatronics product development
Broad technical expertise across circuit design, signal processing, actuators, sensors, battery technology, power systems, and control systems
System-level thinking approach with ability to see the bigger picture
Hands-on experience with TI's C2000 family of microcontrollers
Familiarity with I/O link industrial protocol and architecture
Proficiency with Altium (schematic capture and layout) and AutoCAD
Programming experience in C, C++
Strong understanding of computer architecture and digital logic
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
