MindSource is looking for a Web Analytics Specialist with deep expertise in Amplitude to help shape and support their digital experience strategy. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure proper data collection and building dashboards that provide meaningful insights into web performance.

Responsibilities

Own the QA and ongoing validation of Amplitude tracking events to ensure clean, trustworthy data
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the right events and properties are being tracked
Proactively identify data issues or anomalies and work with relevant teams to resolve them
Partner with stakeholders to define and monitor key metrics that measure web performance
Build and maintain Amplitude dashboards that provide visibility into site usage, conversion funnels, and customer journeys
Investigate and analyze user behavior within Amplitude, translating product data into insights that inform business decisions

Required

3–5 years of experience in web analytics, preferably within e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
Deep hands-on experience with Amplitude, including creating dashboards, analyzing funnels, and QAing event instrumentation
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, funnel analysis, and user segmentation
Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and advocating for data quality and consistency
Ability to interpret data, tell stories, and influence stakeholders with insights

Preferred

Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with GTM and SQL is a plus
Experience with marketing attribution models and tools
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
Knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing tools
Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) or subscription billing tools
