Responsibilities

Prepares, analyzes, and distributes financial reports and performance dashboards, including monthly financials and productivity metrics

Develops and presents financial insights and recommendations

Supports the development, analysis, and communication of compensation models and financial structures

Monitors, analyzes, and reports key performance indicators related to revenue cycle performance

Analyzes trends, assesses financial performance, and develops business plans to improve results

Collaborate to develop financial proformas for growth initiatives, recruitment, and acquisitions

Assists with operating and capital budgeting processes

Builds and maintains strong working relationships

Communicates complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience

Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of all Microsoft Office products, QuickBooks, and Intacct

Valid Driver's license and/or access to transportation to various client locations, up to 1 hour from the home office location

Ability to make judgments, when appropriate, using facts through accounting principles knowledge

Skills with investigating and analyzing source materials

Ability to organize and plan workflow that will require minimal supervision

Dedication to teamwork and leadership

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team setting

Process-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Preferred

CPA/CMA certification is preferred or progress toward obtaining CPA/CMA certification

2+ years' experience auditing or relevant industry experience preferred

Supervisory experience in an accounting or finance setting
