Technical Program Manager, Failure Analysis

Responsibilities

Help manage the cross-functional team to ensure successful completion of failure investigations from incoming project triage & prioritization through execution of corrective actions
Gain visibility on company & program priorities while ensuring alignment within the team
Motivate project teams to complete critical tasks & provide gating information
Drive JIRA automation improvements
Develop & maintain effective communication channels to all stakeholders, including JIRA dashboards
Track lab equipment readiness, report on downtime & blockers
Drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams, applying recommendations from Failure Analysis leads

Required

At least 2 years of experience in project management or technical program management
Proven experience coordinating between technical & non-technical team members
Expertise in project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, & Confluence, with emphasis on JIRA automation
Experience leading a team in a complex manufacturing or lab environment
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Failure Analysis & Reliability experience is preferred
Tableau experience is a plus
