Ability to assess risk across multiple cases
Experience supporting board-level reporting
Ability to develop litigation and settlement strategy
Ability to partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate business and legal options
Deep asbestos or talc experience
Strong judgment
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, lean teams
Preferred
Hybrid role preferred with once-weekly NYC office presence
Open to fully remote for exceptional candidates
