Responsibilities

Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities

Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects

Take ownership of tasks that have a tangible impact on our business

Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals, utilizing your knowledge and creativity

Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership, showcasing your achievements and insights

Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards that shape our industry

Develop skills in scheduling, project profitability, accounts receivable, and billing

Support our strong safety culture in every aspect of your work

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited trade school, college, or university and in good academic standing

Must be 18 years or older

Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check

Hold a valid driver's license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required

Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes)

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined

Professional, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information

Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple assignments at once
