Responsibilities
Re-engage aged leads and past clients with professionalism, empathy, and energy
Take a customer service–driven approach to sales—listening first, recommending second
Educate small business owners on lending solutions and guide them through the next steps
Ask the right questions to uncover needs—even if it means going beyond the script
Maintain a healthy, active pipeline while hitting and exceeding KPI goals
Collaborate with team members and leadership to share wins, strategies, and insights
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and consistently hit KPIs/sales metrics
Experience re-engaging aged data, dormant clients, or past accounts
Strong communication skills—you can connect with business owners from every walk of life
Consultative sales mindset—focused on solving problems, not just selling a product
Comfort navigating fast-paced, inside sales environments with shifting priorities
Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to think on your feet
Coachability—you welcome feedback and put it into action immediately
