Responsibilities
Provide careful planning, creative problem solving, solid expectations management, and effective relationship development as PM
Provide regular reporting to project stakeholders, track milestones and deliverables, escalate issues and risks and proactively take ownership for resolution
Estimate work effort, timelines, skills, and quantity of resources required to successfully complete project deliverables; develop project plan incorporating all project variables
Lead daily/weekly status meetings with team to assess progress against plan and resolve issues
Co-ordinate with various partners and internal groups for Beta & Go-Live support
Contribute to company growth through the creation and sharing of knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices based on project experiences
Provide training and documentation
Qualification
Required
PM experience on complex software products
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field
Experience with Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to drive project to completion on time and within budget
Must be able to engage in technical discussions with clients and internal team about project requirements and challenges and drive resolution
