They are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain overall efficiency of the warehouse and fleet.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks and organize materials within the warehouse

Maintain optimal stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks

Issue materials to jobs for accurate job costing and true up returned materials

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and security

Manage tools and equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and readiness

Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently

Implement and enforce lockout/tagout procedures and other safety protocols

Conduct regular safety audits and training for staff

Transport materials to job sites as needed, ensuring timely delivery

Manage the delivery and pick-up of dump trailers

Supervise one direct report, providing guidance and support in daily operations

Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency

Oversee building and fleet maintenance, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition

Maintain grounds to ensure a safe and professional environment

Complete other tasks as assigned by management to support warehouse operations
