Possess status as a Qualified Team Leader or possession within one year of the date of appointment

Successful completion of NHI-130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges course

Successful completion of 18 hours of approved bridge inspection recurrent training over the last 5 years

Successful completion of the Field Proficiency Exam in the last 2 years
