They are seeking a Client Services Assistant to assist Client Services Representatives and Solution Specialists in addressing client inquiries and communicating results efficiently.

Responsibilities
Monitor and call flagged patient results to clients as needed
Communicate routine results appropriately based on client requests
Continuously monitor work queues for outbound requests
Monitor, investigate, and complete pending lists as needed
Assist with various data entry tasks as needed
Exercise careful deliberation and judgment pertaining to complex job requirements and responsibilities to best serve the patient, customer, and ARUP
Exhibits high quality performance through accuracy and commitment in a timely manner
Promote and exercise information management through case ownership and prioritization by providing thorough documentation and follow through when appropriate for customer satisfaction
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Responsible for assisting Client Services Representatives and Solution Specialists to ensure client inquiries are addressed and client results are communicated in an expeditious and efficient manner
Monitor and call flagged patient results to clients as needed
Communicate routine results appropriately based on client requests
Continuously monitor work queues for outbound requests
Monitor, investigate, and complete pending lists as needed
Assist with various data entry tasks as needed
Exercise careful deliberation and judgment pertaining to complex job requirements and responsibilities to best serve the patient, customer, and ARUP
Exhibits high quality performance through accuracy and commitment in a timely manner

Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
Communicate: Frequently communicate with others
PPE: Biohazard laboratory environment that requires use of personal protective equipment in accordance with CDC and OSHA regulations and company policies
ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
Fine Motor Control: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling
