Sr Director Talent Acquisition & Strategy

Lupin Pharmaceuticals is seeking to appoint a Sr. Director / Director Talent Acquisition & Strategy for the US sites. The role will operate at a strategic level, managing a team of recruiters and liaising with Senior Management to appoint senior positions into the Company, while also designing and executing a detailed Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

Document a detailed TA Strategy through to 2030 aligned with business needs. Build an annual plan to support the approved strategy and share updates as requested
Securely implementing AI and other technologies to ensure the most efficient methods are deployed to source the highest effective candidates and ultimately employee(s)
Maximize the brand, Lupin’s purpose and value proposition, providing exceptional candidate experience and communicating regularly throughout the process
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates
Assist leaders on devising job descriptions for senior positions as needed
Manage and develop the TA team to achieve and exceed on targets
Analyzing statistics and presenting at meetings as needed, and using the information to assess goals
Working with Executive Search firms as needed maintaining confidentiality
Play a key role in developing the new Recruitment system and retaining the previous system for a period of time as needed
Use social media to help build a robust pipeline of talent
Ensure your approach to sourcing is diverse and inclusive
Review the marketplace to provide updates at the monthly HR and Business update meeting

Required

Third level education in business, human resources, or a similar subject/field
A minimum of 15 years' experience in positions of growing responsibility, ideally in pharmaceuticals
Highly proficient with an applicant tracking system as well as assessing a best-in-class system and implementing a new system as needed
Evidence of continually growing the strategic importance of the department and team members
Extensive experience managing team members, setting agreed goals, performance reviews etc
Demonstrable experience building internal and external relationships and influence as needed internally
Provide quantifiable statistics and reports to Manager, peers and the Executive Leadership Committee
Collaborative, Team player, Leader & mentor, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
