Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage commercial real estate easements, leases, and telecommunications-related agreements

Conduct detailed title and survey reviews, including analysis of title commitments, identification of exceptions, and resolution of curative issues

Support post-closing asset management matters and jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements

Manage digital workflows, including e-signature tracking, approval routing, and maintenance of fully executed documents

Communicate directly with attorneys, project managers, and external counterparties to resolve outstanding items

Manage multiple transactions concurrently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and deadlines

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to workflow optimization initiatives
