AleraCare is seeking a Director of IT Operations who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role involves managing IT systems, networks, and services to ensure their reliability, security, and efficiency while collaborating with other IT leaders and vendors to align IT operations with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers

Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of IT systems and services

Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve IT operational efficiency

Monitor and manage IT performance metrics to ensure optimal performance

Oversee IT service management, including incident management, problem management, and change management

Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT incidents and service requests

Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers to procure and manage IT solutions

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery

Lead, mentor, and develop the IT operations team to achieve high performance

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members

Develop and manage the IT operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Monitor and control IT-related expenditures to stay within budget

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations
