Director, Enterprise Sales
Mimecast is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director, Enterprise Sales to lead our team of Enterprise Account Managers who are responsible for our largest and most critical accounts in the Western US. This leadership role is essential in driving customer success, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring that our enterprise clients receive unparalleled service and support.

Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership to the Enterprise Account Management team, setting clear objectives and strategies that align with Mimecast’s overall business goals
Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance and exceed client expectations
Oversee the management of key enterprise accounts, ensuring that account managers develop and implement tailored strategies that address the unique needs of each client
Foster a proactive approach to account management that anticipates client challenges and delivers innovative solutions
Prolific use and mastery of AI tools used to guide engagement, highlight product and solution fit with customer objectives and guide on forward action plans to keep opportunities moving toward a predictable outcome
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, driving accountability and continuous improvement
Utilize data analytics to assess team performance and client satisfaction, making informed decisions to enhance service delivery
Drive forecast accuracy to within established tolerance and maintain reasonable contingency plans to minimize error
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business objectives and positioning Mimecast’s solutions to drive value and success
Encourage and lead toward increased in-person interaction with strategic accounts and coordinate the execution of the Executive Sponsor Program
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management
Advocate for client needs and feedback to influence product enhancements and service improvements
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
Leverage market insights to position Mimecast as a leader in email management solutions and drive growth within the enterprise segment
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in account management or business development, particularly within the technology or SaaS sectors, with a focus on enterprise clients
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with C-level executives and building lasting relationships
Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and improve client outcomes
A deep understanding of Human Risk Management solutions and their impact on business operations, coupled with a passion for customer success
