GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join their team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness for the interior and exterior of a residential property to enhance curb appeal and overall cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage

Report all notable concerns, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

Daily removes and properly discards litter and debris from interior common areas and assists the remainder of the team with exterior grounds maintenance

Perform other duties as outlined in the job description
