Managing the end-to-end process of assisting clients with securing the most suitable home loans
Consulting with clients to assess their needs
Ensuring compliance with lending regulations
Working closely with underwriters
Delivering exceptional customer service
Fostering positive relationships with clients
Ensuring a smooth and timely loan application and approval process
Qualification
Required
Proficiency and experience as a Loan Officer, with knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes
Understanding of underwriting standards and practices to ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate loan approvals
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships with clients
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of financial products and industry regulations is an advantage
