Supportive Housing Program Manager
The Charles Lea Center is a leader in person-centered care, seeking a Supportive Housing Program Manager to oversee operations in a supportive living setting. The role involves managing and evaluating programs, providing guidance to staff, and promoting independence for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
Implement, manage, supervise, monitor, and evaluate of the program to ensure compliance in accordance with established standards
Oversee day to day operations in a supportive living setting, Under the supervision of the Director, has a responsibility to ensure operations of the homes are in best conditions
Provide direct guidance, support, and supervision to Lead DSP (Direct Support Professionals) and DSPs (Direct Support Professionals)
Collaborate with Assistant Director and HR in the recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating of employee occur as CLC experts
Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum age: 18
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Services or, AA with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Human Services, or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 – 7 years' experience in Human Services
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Valid driver's license and Social Security number
Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems
Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident <1 year), and provide 3 professional references
