Responsibilities

Utilizing software called SurePrep that utilizes 1040SCAN and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and verify efficiency of the software’s operations

Verifying and inputting 1040 tax data submitted by clients and scanned into software

Constantly focusing on details and accuracy of the software’s functionality to successfully prepare tax documents for clients

Helping maximize efficiency in the 1040SCAN software to facilitate paperless tax workflow

Providing solutions to errors in 1040SCAN operations to ensure effective results from the software

Utilizing XCM to ensure proper distribution of completed work to the appropriate person to create efficiency in the completion of tax projects

Working with the tax department workflow and document storage tools
