Responsibilities
Monitor production environment health and system availability
Build and maintain software and systems for platform infrastructure
Optimize system performance and support large-scale applications
Analyze metrics for performance tuning and troubleshooting
Collaborate with development teams on testing, releases, and service improvements
Automate systems and incident response processes
Participate in system design, capacity planning, and platform scaling
Support the system through a call rotation
Debug production issues and contribute to infrastructure growth
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar required
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Kubernetes (deployments, scripts, and monitoring); Docker (optimizations); Prometheus (collections, alert management); Grafana; and ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
Preferred
5+ yrs of relevant experience preferred
