Responsibilities
Submit accurate loan submission into the investor platform/system
Validate data accuracy between Encompass, LOS, and interim servicing systems
Document loan status and concerns in Encompass
Ensure conditions are properly entered into Encompass
Deliver accurate conditional approvals
Properly maintain status on all conditions until file is clear to close
Monitor and update posted turn times for the investors daily
Maintain a current pipeline to assist branches with keeping accurate closing dates
Respond to inquiries from branches regarding file status
Serve as a liaison between branches (LO, LOA, Processor) and investors
Accurately provide investor replies
Collaborate with Delivery & Post-Closing to ensure post-closing issues are resolved
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
Preferred
3+ years of mortgage related experience preferred
Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
